ABOUT DR. WILLIAMSON AND OUR PRACTICE

Dr. Williamson strives for dental excellence.

Dr. Williamson has had a wonderful career, teaching full time at the University of Kentucky for ten years. He was promoted to associate professor with tenure and Section Head of Fixed Prosthodontics (crown and bridge), course director of the crown and bridge courses, and instructor in pre-clinical and clinical removable prosthodontics. He has written three course manuals, published over 30 articles and given more than 80 presentations to research groups and practicing dental groups, both in the U.S. and abroad. He has been honored by his dental students four times for instructor of the year.

While Dr. Williamson has had many accomplishments, he believes his greatest achievements have been in the treatment of his patients. To devote more time to care for them, on July 5, 2001, he opened his own practice.

Dr. Williamson is also an active member of Kentucky Dental Association, American Dental Association, the American College of Prosthodontics and a board member of the American Academy of Fixed Prosthodontics.
